You can either order a final cleaning through us or take care of it yourself.
If you choose to clean it yourself, please follow the instructions below:
Kitchen:
- Wash the dishes and put the dishes back in the cabinets/drawers
- Clean appliances: fridge, microwave + microwave cover, and stove wiped with a damp cloth
- Clean the oven, oven trays, and grates
- Wash the coffee maker jug and filter part, and wipe the machine
- Wipe the countertops and table
- Empty cabinets of your own food items, including the fridge
Sleeping Areas
- If you have used rental bed linens, put them back into the linen bag
- Air out the used bed linens
- Make the beds
All Areas
- Put the furniture back in their places
- Vacuum and mop floors (including upstairs and bedrooms)
- Take all rubbish out to the waste container
- Tidy up the outdoor area, and remember to clean the grill (clean the grilling tools you used and empty ashes into a separate ash bin)
- If you used the fireplace, ensure the ashes are emptied
WC, sauna and bathroom
- Remove ashes from the sauna stove to a separate ash bin (metal bin at the corner of the cottage)
- Vacuum floors and benches in the sauna
- Clean the sink and countertop
- Wipe taps and mirrors
- Clean the toilet seat, both the exterior and interior surfaces of the bowl and basin
- Wash the floors
Please do not turn the air heat pump off.
Upon departure, please leave the key in the external door of the cottage.
Kindly note that You are responsible for the cleaning of the premises both during and after the holiday, unless you have placed the cleaning request. You will be charged for the cleaning in case the premises are not cleaned up to the standards mentioned in the Cleaning Instructions. The fee is based on the actual working hours required for the cleaning, with the hourly fee being 50€. The minimum charge is for one hour.
